Cammie Hunt, O.D.
Dr. Hunt has been in private practice in Ben Lomond since 1982. She is known throughout Santa Cruz County for her work with children and infants. She previously was a clinical professor of Optometry at both U.C. Berkeley and the Univ. of Houston before retiring from teaching to enter private practice and raise her family in the San Lorenzo Valley. She lives in Ben Lomond with her husband, Marc Shaw, OD.

Marc Shaw, O.D.
Dr. Shaw received his post-graduate degree from U.C. Berkeley in 1979. After beginning his career as an associate clinical professor of Optometry at the Univ. of Houston he returned to California in 1982 to open an office in the San Lorenzo Valley. He is a past-President of the Monterey Bay Optometric Society and is a past winner of the U. C. Berkeley, Bausch & Lomb Contact Lens Award. He has also been named as "Young Optometrist of the Year" by the California Optometric Association. He lives in Ben Lomond with his wife, Dr. Cammie Hunt.

Our Friendly Staff
Claire Valory, our Office Manager and lead optician has been with us for almost 15 years and lives in Boulder Creek with her daughter, Bella Rolen our lab tech/optician. They both grew up and went to school here. Annette Lackides, our Head Receptionist has been with us for almost 5 years and has lived in Ben Lomond for over thirty years.
